    IP Office 500 Integration

    Hello,

I would like to integrate IP Office 500 with other system.
I will need information particularly with user names and the connected extensions (User information).
We are using AddTAPI.NET to connect with IP Office 500 but there is no way to get User information.
Is there anything API or interface which can help to get it automatically.

    Regards,
    Ivo

Hi there, ibalab. A friend of mine uses a solution called Tenfold for integration with Avaya. They support integration for a lot of systems, I believe you can also request it on their website.

            Hello,

why you would develop something, check out the tools IP Office can deliver. Additional there are a lot of tools like ESTOS Procall, C4B XPhone and others that can do exactly what you are looking for.

As far as I know TAPI does not allow to access the user database, you can only browse for the extensions you like to control.

Be careful with the new development of TAPI applications, TAPI will be disappear on PBX systems. I suppose that most of the applications will move to WebAPI. As far as I heard is that from Rls 12 TAPI will no longer be supported. ANd we need to see how MSFT will see the future of TAPI.

            Regards
