Nonoh on Avaya IP Office 9.1

Hello,

our customer has Avaya IP Office 500v2 R9.1. We configured his PBX as he wanted, everything is working fine. He has a SIP line with his operator, but he wants to add another SIP line that will connect to Nonoh. I've looked all the forums but didn't find anything about Nonoh and Avaya IP Office.
Can someone tell me how to setup a Nonoh SIP line on Avaya IP Office for international calls only?

Just add a SIP trunk, give it a unique outgoing line id in the URI and use ARS for selecting the line for international calls.
Any engineer should know how to do that.

I know that I need to add another SIP line and in ARS select the line, but I don't have SIP URI for Nonoh.Can I use SIP URI that we allready have?

What you need are the SIP credentials to register the trunk and the IP Addresses to register to.
First get the trunk registered and then discover what is received in incoming calls and what happens if you try to dial out. I think the provider must give you some assistance.
I've checked their website and it seems quite basic.

I have SIP credentials for Nonoh and it would be easy to discover the IP address of sip.nonoh.net but we don't have SIP URI. We are going to monitor the IP Office through System Monitor and see what happens if dial out. I'll ask provider for assistance but I am not sure that they are going to help us.

Contact: Use credentials user name
Display Name : Use credentials user name
PAI = none
Registration : select the registration name as setup on the SIP Credentials form
Incoming Group ID : 0
Outgoing group ID : any unique number
No of channels : equal or less as your SIP line licenses

Incoming calls are routed through ICR, so catch the incoming DID there.
Outgoing calls are routed through ARS so setup the numbers to go out of SIP here

So, I'll add another SIP line (filled with the data from nonoh.net/sip and SIP credentials from our customer), short code for this line and ARS so the users can go out through this line especially. I hope this will work. Also, I'll be monitoring all the calls in System Monitor.
