I have what appears to be a DTMF issue with an IPO 9.0. The IPO was having this issue at 8.0 which encouraged us to upgrade to 9.0 but the issue persists. The IPO has been in service for a couple of years but recently IVR's and in particular conference services are consistantly not recognizing the number 7 and intermittantly the 1 and 4. This occurs on all phones and all analogue lines. I have tried the automatic impedance match which provides a best match of 600, which is the NA standard. Are there any thoughts on possible setting changes or troubleshooting steps.

Card types
Can you confirm what cards you have installed in the system? DS, Phone, VCM, Combo?
What model handsets are connected?
Are there only analogue trunks connected or others as well?
Sounds like a piece of hardware is failing, just need to determine which one.
Best thing to do would be to take a spare system and cards to site and test.
