MAPI_E_No_ACCESS Debug View Error VM Pro

the VM Pro debug comes back with that MAPI Error MAPI_E_No_ACCESS. Running 9.1 at the moment. We have tried to re-install VM pro with no luck. Any ideas? We mark an old message as unread and it turns mwi back on.

What are you trying to do? Are you using UMS? You'll still get a MAPI error if you aren't using MAPI, so what's your setup and what's the actual problem you're trying to fix?
