DBM32 Keys blinking contineously on 1616I

Hi all,

we have IPOffice server edition 9.0.7 system, also we have a 1616I-Phone with one DBM32 module connected and configured for the feature of 'User' with local location(primary server) user number and other location(500v2) user numbers.

The buttons which are configured for other locations are blinking contineously in RED, no idea. non of the other location users are busy.

any solution? both locations are connected via VPN.

Do we assume that a user button programmed on the 1616 itself for one of the remote users doesn't do the same? That would be the first thing I would test and the answer would tell me if its more an SCN/IP Office issue or a phone/DBM issue.
