    IP500V2R.9.1 and ACCS - Contact store Issue

    Hello;

    I am trying to install the ACCS with the IP Office, and it works well manually; but I can not remove the message : " This call is being recording".

    When I do it automatically, the issue is that in the contact store I can't see the agent extension!! How can I fix it?

    I just need to see agents stations now.

    There's a system option somewhere in Manager to disable the "your call is being recorded" message. For the automatic recording, when you look at the users call recording tab you should see an option for automatic call recording destination, just make sure that's set to go to the contact store.

      The option to disable the spoken message is in VM Pro, in the client open the config pages and it is on the first page at the bottom.
      In Manager you can suppress the notification in the phone display.

      Did you read the documents? You can find this all well documented in the knowledgebase or do a Google search for Avaya Youtube movies, I can't imagine there is no instructional movie for it.
