AVAYA phone 1608 present display without data (font)

Hello

recently i upgrade firmware of avaya 1608-I AVAYA ID : 700458532 to version 1.37
Only avaya unit with 1608 with above ID display goes yellow without any data (no font on)
But the phone work ok, i can call anybody.
It’s not hardware issue, i test the display unit work fine on another avaya unit 1608 (with old version).

So how can i solve this issue, shall i downgrade the firmware if yes how can i do that?

You need to use the firmware supplied with the Admin suite.
As you don't mention the software version of the IP Office then the correct version to use can't be advised.
