Merlin Messaging Administration

Is there a replacement program for the "Merlin Messaging Administration" program that will run on Window 7 64 bit?
I've tried downloading version 4.0.0.3 but it will not install.
I get a version incompatibility message. I've tried running it in Win XP compatibility mode but it never loads.
Is there a Window 7 version available?

Support stopped long ago on the Merlin products. The Messaging GUI will install on a 32 bit version of Windows 7, but not the 64 bit.

The WinSPM program for the Merlin itself will install on 64 bit if you choose XP SP-3 and run as administrator (for both the installation and running the program)

I was able to install the WinSPM program.
I'll just have to keep an XP box or a Win7 32 bit box around tor un the Merlin Admin program on.
