Downloads are available but where do I find the referenced IP Office Technical Bulletin 183?

found it, when you see the "new look" downloads clicking on the downloads button will bring up the "old" downloads look and then the TB is shown

If you go to the latest service pack download they notes or TBs are shown on the right hand side

Yes, I know but on the first page there was no reference to the Manager software which I expected to be there. My error, never use the PC when you're just woke up... once clicked on the downloads button all downloads are shown and it just did not pass my mind to click on it, just after breakfast and a coffee i thought of that... stupid.
