Does anyone know if there is an Avaya document that details Standard Operating policy's/procedures for VM Pro - specifically related to Microsoft updates and Antivirus software.
I've looked everywhere......

Common sense applies as for any business server.
Don't let them auto-update, you do updates manually on a regular schedule where updating follows taking a backup and after updating test.
Don't let the anti-virus do things like full disk scans at times when the impact on server response may be undesirable.
