I have an issue with Avaya IP office 500v2 and remote worker clients.
I have configured all features on IPO and One-x Portal server. Correctly configured firewall. Call is working but they are automatically disconnects about 20 sec after connection.
Call flow is following: Win7 client->IPO->SIP Trunk->mobile phone.
In logs a saw that "Timer 8" is ends and after that IPO sends "BYE" message to the client and call drop.
Does anyone knows reason? Maybe reason in incorrect settings? I can provide a trace if it is will be helpful.
