Ip office ccr report issue

Hello,
Our customer has:
IPO & CCR 9.0.4.0.
We have some problem with some Reports, that is fail to send over email.
Daily Reports, and the error log is: relaying denied.
Other reports from scheduler working fine.

There is new versions of CCR with some bug fixes....
maybe it is your best shot: CCR 9.0.8

Could you say what OS are you working on?
Windows Server 2008 SP2 or Windows Server 2008 R2?

I'm working on a customer's CCR Server that is unstable and I am trying to figure out if it is because the oS WinServ. 2008 R2 is not mentioned in the Installation Manual...
