Hello,
I am trying to integrate with IP Office 9.1, in 3rd party mode using TAPI 2.
I need to obtain the trunk identifier for incoming calls. The TSP does not provide a dwTrunk identifier.
Do you know if there is any way using straight TAPI (not DevLink SDK) to at least determine the Card/Module and Port identifer associated with the line the call has come in on?
Been searching through the call data with test calls, and cannot find such data. Also read the TapiLink documentation, with no luck.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Becky
