Aside from the NMS Adaptive product, could anyone point me at any progressive diallers that work with Avaya IP Office?
We're just looking into the Avaya (among others) as a possible replacement for our phone system and we want to have a fuller idea of the options for progressive diallers. I can find a few predictive diallers but we wouldn't want to go that way with our sales team.
