hi all thanks in advance.
dear all I am facing a issue in my 04 locations all are separate customers in deferent city's.
using dl 220 server addition with ipo500 v2 as a gate way.
my all agents using telecommunicater in all sits . telecommunicater works ok on same site but issue on all remote sits .
network VPN .
AGENT ABLE TO LOGIN BUT UNABLE TO RECEVE CALLS.

This issue appears to be better addressed via a Service Requests.

Please open a SR so that we can login remotely and capture traces to identify the issue,
