Avaya one-X® Mobile Preferred for IPO - Missing Setting Button

Using Avaya one-X® Mobile for IPO on a Motorola Moto Maxx using Lollipop 5.1.1 and I am missing the setup buttons on the bottom.

IPO 9.1.4 Server Select
Android - 5.1.1
One-X - Version 1.9.0.10517

Press and hold the Back button. The menu options for Settings, Reconnect, About, and Exit will appear.

Brilliantly simple answer, unfortunately it did not work - nothing happens when I hold down the back arrow on the bottom nav (native android 3 buttons on bottom)

Galaxy S4 you needed to hold the menu button down.
This is not a function of the app, but a function of the phone.
