The IP Office is restarting about 20 times at day. The version is 9.0.0.829. Do you have any idea whats going on? Somebody has been in the same situation? Please I need urgent attention, Avaya Support has no answer to this problem and they dont offer me any guarantees that their recomendations fix the problem.

What appear in the alarms list in System Status or System Monitor?
When did this problem start and what changes were being made on the system just before this started?
Does the problem persist if the system is disconnected from the IP network?
What is the type of the IP Office system and what software is it running?

It would be helpful if you provide logs from Monitor or System Status about error messages.
I had last time a 500v2 unit which was broken, meaning it was overheating and therefore rebooting 5-6 times a day. So you might as well check the installation if heat is evacuated accordingly. Since I replaced the 500v2 unit and rearranged the 19” Rack, so that an airflow is available it seems working properly now.
