    Visibility for Conference Meet Me

I have a client that would like to be able to have some visibility on his conference bridge. Basically when people call (XXX)-XXX-XXXX my incoming route forwards it to a VM Pro module, which forwards to a Meet Me Conference bridge short code. Can I use the SoftConsole or something that will give me visibility on who's calling in (maybe Caller ID info). My brief testing with SoftConsole didn't yield much. It seems like output on the SoftConsole is tied to user activity, in other words, when I dialed my conference number from my cell phone I didn't see any indication of the call on the SoftConsole. Am I going about this the wrong way, perhaps another tool would be better suited?

I doubt that there's much you can do for that unless you want to give them access to System Status. The MeetMe conference isn't very advanced and most of the user utilities like soft console are utilities simply for that one user and not the entire system. If they want anything more than what System Status shows then they'll need to pay for an external (or 3rd party) conference bridge.

If configured correctly (MeetMe Bridge), your customer is able to see the status of the conference on the IP Phone. This works if you use the MeetMe bridge of the user, let’s say user with extension 3000 will set up a MeetMe conference, then your Module of the VMPro should add the people in MeetMe Conference Room 3000. The caller will hear music on hold until the moderator logs in from extension 3000, then on the display he should have access on the people in the conference.

An alternative might be using One-X Portal, Portal gives you a graphical view, like on the IP phone of the conference.
