Server Edition Resiliency error

hi guys, I'm having an issue with regards to the resiliency feature of server edition. Once primary is down, IP phone displays "enter extension" or "authentication error" once secondary server takes over with the registration. Do you have any idea why is this happening? SCN supports fallback is already checked on both lines, primary from/to secondary. Resilience Administration were already performed on both server.

this is my setup.
Primary - IPOSE Select 9.1.4 IPO DEMO
Secondary - IPOSE Select 9.1.4
both are installed in VMWare

Did you go into the solution view (default when Manager logs in) and set up resilience? You need to set it up.

yes, i already setup the resiliency administration.

Are you sure the SCN Links are good, can you place a call between the nodes?
