Flare communicator for IP Office, extension and login code

I don't understand the flare communicator administration guide, it has one section that says -

If the user is already configured to use a deskphone, the user cannot use the
deskphone login code for Flare Experience. Configure the extension that the user
must enter to log into Flare Experience.
    but it also says -

Using Flare Experience you can make and receive voice and video calls using an iPad tablet,
and a laptop or desktop running Windows, through the extension number of the deskphone.
... so I don't understand how do I make the deskphone and the flare experience use the same extension but different login codes? Where do I then set the login code for the flare experience? The administration guide doesn't really go into any detail on what to do with H.323 users that want to use flare. I have a user that can't login because they get a 403 forbidden, do I need to create a new SIP extension with the same extension number as the desk phone? Do I need to create a new user for the SIP registration to use?

    Hello,

you need to set the password on the “User” tab set the password accordingly to what you want to use, additional set the same password in the “Telephony” tab under supervisor setting (ntoe that you should use only digits).

On the iPad Communicator use the extension and the associated password. On the communicator for windows you need to try out, sometimes you need to use the User Name (from the user tab) instead of the extension.

    Regards
