One-X mobile - VoIP partical connected

I have release 10 in the lab, both Android and IPhone One-X Mobile Preferred for IPO registered, but status indicator is "yellow" - the message is "Partial VoIP connection".
What is the most common reason for that? Is there any basic workaround?

If you really have IP Office Release 10 then you should be asking this in the support forum for that software's Beta trials.

One-X Mobile client logs to One-Portal - Instance Message and Presence work. But One-X Mobile client can not make any voice call - it is partially connected, not registered in IP Office.

I suspect that One-X portal sends incorrect information to One-X Mobile client to be used for registration to IP Office.

My question is - is there any way to see in settings of One-X portal what information will be sent to One-X Mobile client during registration?

Again. IP Office Release 10 is in Beta trial at the moment. Please report issues to the trial support team - either directly or through their support forum.

hi its nice you use release 10.
check in IPO ---system ----lan---voip----domain name field (use lan ip or fqdn).

chek---sip registrar and sip ext enable.

            resolved

Thanks to everybody who replied. The issue has been resolved - I had SIP Domain field blank. As soon as I filled this field with FQDN, the client has registered.
