Root CA Certificate for One-X Portal

Where can I get Root CA Certificate to install on Windows based One-X Portal?
I need this certificate to be installed on Android device in order to communicate with One-X Portal when "Check Certificate" option is turned to "ON".
I use IP500V2 and I can get only Identity Certificate from security section, not Root CA.
Any idea where I could get Root CA?
