Lost night service on model 1408 Partner phone

    Hello

We are a small office with only 8 extensions. We had one extension set up so that when we pressed a button (night service) it would put the system on night services so when someone called it would go directly to voice mail.

In recent days we have lost the functionality of the button (It will not go to night service) and we can't figure out how to re-program the button to do that. And a day before that happened the night service would come on but it would not go directly to voice mail as before. In fact it would not even go to voicemail.

We've been through the manual but it doesn't seem to show us what we need.

Basically what we are trying to do is program the button for night service on that extension again and have it go directly to voice mail when it's on night service.

    Can anyone help?

    Thank you.

Hello - I can help direct this request to the correct forum, but will need to know which type of phone system you have. The label on the front of your phone will most likely say 'Avaya', but if you look at the bottom of the phone, it will have a model number on it, may say Partner. Does your manual say Partner or IP Office?

The model number on the barcode on the bottom is: 1408D02A-003
The manual says Partner on the bottom

      Thank you
