ICLID not showing in IPO500v2

Hello, i'm working on analog trunk on client site with IPO 500v2 and the iclid not showing when the call is presented on the Digital Phone 5410. The Trunk type is set to Loop Start With ICLID , the Long CLI Line is checked , i have checked if the line send the ICLID by using an Analog Display Phone and its sent. Can anyone help me ? i'm using IPO500v2 R6.1

Hi for cli on analog co lines you need to install a converter called dtmf to fsk.

co line comes from provider site------dtmf to fsk converter------avaya ipo co port.
