Disable Audible Alert PickUp group

Friends.

I have one Pick up group whose members are Avaya H323 phone & Avaya SIP phones. Whenever a call hits the H323 Avaya phones members see only Visual Alert for Call Pickup but the Avaya SIP members have Audible & Visual Alert both.

I need to DISABLE the audible alert for the Avaya SIP members in the pickup group.
Please advise with your expert comment.
