Hi folks,
Does anybody know how exactly should the ISDN Line prefixes set AND 46xxsettings.txt with parameter PHNOL to add the f.i."0" to call back from the call log.
We use 0 to get an outdial line from our IP sets (registered to a server edition 9.1.6) via a 500V2 with E1 PRI Line.
Currently we have set up only this in the PRI Line:
Prefix 0
National Prefix 00
International Prefix 000
This is working well in most of our german customer IP Office.
But when we come to one-x Portal and outlook Plugin as well as CTI users, we assume, that we have to remove the outdial 0 from the above prefixes.
Then the 46xxsettings.txt should add the outdial 0 if a user would like to call somebody back from the call log.
Does anybody got this working?
In our set up the 0 is not added from out of the 46xxsettings.txt with:
SET PHNOL 0
