    Hunt Group real time status

    Hi, we have a newly installed IP Office v9.1 and are using a hunt group. We are not using CCR for cost reasons.

    Is there any other way to determine who is currently enabled for the hunt group? One-X portal will show us if there are calls waiting in the queue, but not how many users are currently enabled in the hunt group.

    CCR will not work in 9.1. It's replaced with IPOCC, however this needs an extra server, licences and also some effort to install. The result is a contact center with a lot of features and not only something to show the active users in a hunt group.

    XIMA Realtime could be a simpler solution, but it's also not for free.

    Maybe someone will come up with a better idea, as you are asking for just a small subset of what those solutions would do.
