Hi, we have a newly installed IP Office v9.1 and are using a hunt group. We are not using CCR for cost reasons.
Is there any other way to determine who is currently enabled for the hunt group? One-X portal will show us if there are calls waiting in the queue, but not how many users are currently enabled in the hunt group.
