Cloud Server Compatibility w/VM Pro Server.

Does anyone know if it is possible to migrate a self hosted VM Pro Server to a Cloud Server through FTP?

Unlikely to be working this way.
Anyway it depend on what part you like to transfer.

If it is a virtual server on vmware you can move the server, but this doesn't apply here.
Just creating a copy will destroy encrypted security db making not only the licence invalid.
But you can install a fresh instance on the cloud server, finish ignition process and finally copy over config etc. In this case you must also be able to recreate the license for this new host.

I like using the term Virtual Machine over Cloud... because it removes the "mysticism".

Just set up a VM on the same platform and move over the configs and files. Done deal.
