How to hide his number during an internal call ?

How do I make my client to hide his telephone number during an internal call?
There's no problem to hide the number for an external call.. but on an internal....

I dont think it will work....

You can choose secret number but this will delete only your entries in your contacts... So I guess you really have to dial internal users via an external line or loop to hide your number.
