I try to do an Exchange 2010 Integration with VMPRO. I Did step by step what is in the guide : Administering Avaya IP Office Platform Voicemail Pro, And I had no success for a customer and same issue in my Lab. I did something wrong for sure. The email get in my Outlook Inbox, but the voicemail message never get to the Phone and MWI not light up too.
I Suspect it's something like the username (Name) in IP Office don't match something in the Exchange server.
I got some errors that could maybe help to find the issue :
