    Out of Office Hours direct to extension mailbox

    Hi there,

    a customer request a time schedule and during off hours all calls should go to the specific user mailbox.... I already setup something that work but I did create rules for each user / extension... Is there any smarter way with variable setup in voicemail pro or manager ?

    You and I aren't getting any replies on our threads, but if you set up working hours and enable voicemail then it should hit your mailbox, or simply set DND buttons and have users DND on their way out. You can also set up VMpro for office hrs/non office hrs and direct them to Voicemail when not in the office.
