Problem with Microsoft W 2003 R2 Italian and AVAYA IP-OFFICE 406-V2 R5.0.

I have a server with W2003 R2 and a AVAYA IP OFFICE 406-V2 R5.0. installed in correctly mode TAPI 3 driver. When I activate the one party section everthing works correctly but when I change to 3rd party section I don't see the devices of my IP-office. The CTI Link PRO & WAVE Licence are valid and device available. Can somebody help on this?

It is most likely the switch password. Please note that the default password is password for this application not Administrator.
