I have been tasked with extracting some voicemail from specific users. We currently utilize Voicemail Pro 8.1 with IP Office 500 v2. I have searched and some point me in the direction of C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM\Accounts\ExtensionName; however it was never setup that way in the beginning. Our vendor setup everything for us. When checking VMPRO for the directories of where the Wavs are stored I see the following /opt/vmpro/Wavs.
I am assuming they are stored on the UC Module, is there any way to extract the voicemails? Any help and/or direction would be greatly appreciated.
