    Loud echo for analogue trunk calls

    Hello,

    I have IPO 500 V2 with 12 deskphones, we have an issue since the installation of the solution, the quality of internal calls is perfect, but when we dial external numbers via the analogue trunks we hear a loud echo for our voices, this issue happens only when we dial by using the number "9" to get to an external line. I've made a workaround solution by creating short cut numbers that connects directly to external lines, one shortcut for each external line, and by using this technique the echo is gone and the call quality is perfect!!!!

    I've changed the impedance value several times but no use, so, is there something to do with the analogue trunk config to fix this for the "9" dial? .. the vendor couldn't fix it unfortunately.

    What software release are you running on the IP500? What are the settings for the dial "9" shortcode?
