    autoattendant on IP office

    Hi Guys

    I hava an IP office configured on my small officeand a pair of doughts:

    1. Auto attendant is configured on voicemail pro installed on a PC. we set wav files for business hours and for nightshift.

    But now after 7PM the the autoattendant does not answer the call..

    2. IS better configured on IP office or we need always voicemail pro to configure auto attendant?

      HI.

      ICR is under manager? I think I have my config under Voicemail PRO

      I don't remember where to see the setings on IP Office Manager.

      We can configure on manager or in VoiceMail PRo or is a mix of the 2?

        Call flows are configured in VM Pro.

        But getting the trunks to ring into the VM Pro call flows is still a function on the IP Office (Manager) and Incoming Call routes.

        Are there time profiles set up on your incoming call flows?

        To get resolution on this you might want to get a partner to come in and fix the issue....

          Thanks for the help. I was able to check all the config and its working ok.

          We have a time profile 9-19pm and auto attendant working ok. we have also a night shift message.

          Flow is configured on a Voice Mail Pro and time profile , groups ( overlay , nightshift and others ) are configured on manager, also like incoming routes
