    Embedded Voicemail blank messages

    Hello,

    We have IP Office 9.1 with Embedded Voicemail and one of the users is having problem with his voicemail. When leaving a message of any length, IP Office only records a blank 5-second message. Please advise.

    Is your user trying to leave a message or record a greeting?

    What process are they using?
