    Upgrade to R10

    Hi,
    I would like to upgrade my IPO 500 Server from R9.1 to R10.
    I'm on ADI licence file. Do you know if i do to migrate all licence from ADI to PLDS or if only one PLDS Upgrade licence is required?

    You need to migrate all your licenses from ADI to PLDS before upgrading.

    The IP Office Manager in the latest 9.1 service pack includes the tool to output a license migration file for the system. That has to be done whilst logged into the system running 9.1. The resulting file needs to be sent to Avaya and you'll get a PLDS file in return which will include the upgrade to 10.0 rights.

    You can leave the ADI licenses in the configuration, but following the upgrade to 10.0 they will all become obsolete.
