    Vmpro 9.1.5

I'm running VMPRO 9.1.5.0 build 2. Some of the VM modules when called internal via short code or inbound ask please enter access code. I've tried adding one to PIN but no luck.
Also can't change .wav file. No matter what I change it to, still plays same greeting.
Tried adding new module and that plays the generic avaya IPO greeting to access mailbox? I see it hit the right module but doesn't play what's built.
    Manager is 9.1.5.0 build 145

      No PINs
I tried adding PIN to one just to see if I could get in but it just keeps asking for access code.
The strange thing is I have another switch running same 9.1.5.0 and no issues with any of the modules.

Are you sure you are connected to VMPro? Are the modules transferred to VMPro? It looks as you have a connection problem, can you see the user and groups in VMPro Client?

Yes, I can see all groups and users in Pro.
I visited site to see if I could access modules and still not able to. When dialed it acts like a voicemail collect not node. I created new module and same result. I even went into existing module and tried to re record greeting locally. It goes thru all the steps but the recording is 0.0 seconds. Doesn't play it anyway.
Manager and Pro for this site are on a virtual machine. Could that have anything to do with it? All other voicemail i.e. user functions perform correctly.

I don’t think that it is related to the virtual machines, we have several installations that are like this. I would suggest if not yet done update to the latest service pack the IP Office and the VNMPro. Additionally, check the settings of the user Administrator within security of the IP Office. It should only have 1 right in the rights group for external application. Check that only Voicemail Pro Administrator is checked.

              Found something helpful at Tek-Tips

While trying to record a greeting for VM Pro it suddenly stopped working. After around 8 attempts the customer was still not happy with their call recording and on the 9th attempt vm pro would not record the greeting. Exactly as before nominated extension would ring and then tell the user to...

I looked in security and found that under System>Unsecured Interfaces> legacy voicemail and voicemail lite under active have red X. Checked on a another working system and those a beautiful green check marks.
I noticed TFTP Voicemail was checked on other system so I checked it and the x turned into checks.
I checked the rights groups as well and everything is same as working system. Nothing changed on call flow, everything is same as before. I will reboot switch and restart services tonight.
                Would reboot be needed.
