Hi All.
Hardware: IP Office 500 v2
Software : 9.0.6
Embedded voicemail
I have a customer who had working the ability to dial a short code, *98, go to the voicemail collect, and enter the extension number, password, and get to their voicemail.
The Short Code was as follows:
SC: *98
Feature : Voicemail Collect
TN: "?"N
One afternoon, a user told their tech they kept getting Login Incorrect when they tried to log in. The tech said no changes has been made, and for the moment, I am taking him at his word.
I created an ICR, Pointed it to voicemail, and it worked for me, although the customer told me it didn't work for him.
His offices are two out of three which are SCN'd and using their embedded voicemail.
I have reset passwords, rebooted the system, tried setting up the short code with just "?", did a breakout to *17 when they get to their voicemail greeting, and it always says "Login Incorrect". And yes I did change the password to something I knew was correct while testing.
Before I open a ticket with Avaya, I am wondering if anyone ran into this, and has a solution.
Regards
