IPO R10 import Users

Hi,

I want to import 300+ Users from a csv file into the new IPO R10 system, and experienced the Name fileds of the sample file are ignored and NewUserxxxx format name is generated. Is it a bug of the WebManagement ?
I want to import it with template settings, and would not like to go trough 300+ user settings manually.

Anyone experienced it? Any suggested workarounds ?

I would do the import on the windows manager.
There is a excel file with macros in the installation directory of manager. Try this one. This works quite well, even though I've had some trouble with this as well.
You should import an then check, if it doesn't fit, don't save the config to the system.

Without seeing the file its rather hard to tell what might be going wrong.

On suggesting is to create an IP Office configuration with a few users and then export the user's CSV. Compare the exported file with the file you are attempting to import.

Alternatively, in the folder where you copy of IP Office Manager is installed, look for the file "IP Office User CSV Configurator.xlsm" and copy/paste your user data into that.
