    VMPro Randomly stops responding

    Details:
    v9.1.9
VMPro is running on a Win7 Machine(Dedicated for phones)
    Also running Datel Contact Sweet!
    16PRI Channels
    8 VM Ports

This system has been an issue for over a month now. The VMPro service just becomes unresponsive. When trying to stop/restart the service, the system just hangs and times out due to no response from the service.

The firewall has all the Avaya ports open. I updated the OS last week and it was good for 8 days before going down this morning at 6AM.

Could it be that VMPro locks up when all the channels are being used and another call comes in? And if so, what can be done to fix that?

I need to get this figured out.

Happened again this morning. Log snippet posted.

VMAIL - Down Server? I tried restarting the service again, and had to restart the whole box to get it back online. Any ideas?
