    Upgrade matrix documentation

I couldn't find at support avaya any upgrade matrix for IP office.

example: I was in a project to upgrade IP office 500 4.2 to 9.1
We started at 4.2 and upgraded to 8.0 and from there to 9.1
I couldn't figure it out why.

Anyone has any avaya link for this?

You want to find the Technical Bulletin for the release you want to get to. It is linked from the download page for the Administrator software, so you don't need to know the TB number.

In section 4 of the Tech Bulletin you will find information on upgrading from earlier releases, which tell you if your system is at 8.1.1.0 or earlier, you must upgrade to 8.1.1. or 9.0 before upgrading to 9.1. It also tells you if you need to load 8.1.65 to expand the the loader needed for 9.1, and which modules are no longer supported.

Ow that is great. Now I was able to find TB. I was searching under documents and not under downloads (that I supposed to be mainly for softwares).
