    CTI Information in Secondary Server

    Dear Team,

I have installed IPO Primary, Secondary and IPO 500 V2 in same subnet. Installed all required licenses Including CTI Link Pro in Primary server.

I am getting CTI information while using Primary Server. When the IP phones are registered with secondary server under primary server unavailable conditions we are not getting CTI information.

Also added CTI link Pro license in secondary server, still not getting CTI information.

Outgoing calls happens from phones through primary and secondary server. We have not configured any Extensions or users in secondary server physically.

Your timely support will me in completing the installation.

    Thank you

    To be blunt, "..and!?".

If your primary server is unavailable and phones have failed over to the secondary, be thankful they can still make and receive calls but investigating and fixing the issues with your primary server should be the 100% focus.

As far as I'm aware continuity of CTI data isn't one of the promised IP Office resiliency features.

Thank You so much for inputs, when i configured IP phones in secondary server i am able to get CTI information (CTI Link Pro license installed in Secondary server).

Document says"When an IP phone fails over, the failover system allow it to operate indefinitely as a "guest". The guest phones do not consume any licenses."

It means re-registered phones can make and receive calls, so CTI info is not available for these users/phones.

May be i should use HOT DESK feature to get CTI info.
