IP Office 10 User Synchronization using LDAP does not work

I have IP Office 10 installed.
I am troubled because User Synchronization using LDAP does not work.

Test connection on Connect to Directory Service is successful.

However,
Nothing is displayed in Ldap Filed of Synchrorize User Fields.

Did anyone experience this issue?

Active Directory is Windows2012 r2.

Hi all, It's a "bug"

I open ticke for IPO 10.0.1
R & D made 2 patches
One for the LDAP sync and the other for the value "Vxxxx" in the source code of the users

I thought they would integrate it in version 10.0.3, unfortunately the creation / supression works but not the modification and the source code remains empty

Did anyone got this to work. Facing similar issue where few old LDAP users are getting reflected on the hard phones while the newly created LDAP users are not . The method of creation and attributes of these users at LDAP server end are same. All the LDAP settings are done through IP office manager application and nothing on Web manager.

The only LDAP configuration through Manager is for LDAP contacts to be included in the IP Office system directory shown on some phones. The topic being discussed in this thread is using LDAP to create and update IP Office users which is a feature managed through IP Office Web Manager.

just quick note. LDAP v30. is not suppport it. so just to take on mind. IPO just support LDAP v2.0. regards
