I have a number of employee cell phones in our system directory. When one of those numbers call an IPO user via DID, the CID on the display will flash the directory entry for about .5 seconds, then change to read "Wireless Caller". This doesn't seem to be happening with non cell phone originators. System is 9.1.8 SE with 500V2 Exp for 2 @ PRIs, NI2 and all phones are 9608Gs. I have changed System>>Telephony>>Default Name Priority to Favor Directory with no positive results. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks
