IP office phone 9420 missed call

Hi there,

We have IP office release 9.6, the number of missed calls of 9420 set doesn't disappeared from the screen of the set after seeing the missed call unless you call all missed calls. Is there any solution to make the number of missed calls disappeared ones you checked or see them.
Any help is appreciated.

Press Call Log when lit, which will take you to the Missed Calls Log
Press More, Press Del All. Viola'
