    I am connecting an IP Office to an NEC sv8100 via Sip trunks. I can call to the NEC and connect all day. Calling to the IPO from the NEC I get this on monitor:

    Where I placed the faces is where it is going wrong.

    Any ideas would be appreciated.!!

    Do you have an incoming call route for 4650, to route to an extension (assuming extension 4650)?

    this is a QSIG trunk, so you need to manually create the routing for in and outbound.

      Right you are! When I created an incoming route, I could complete calls.
