    Unable to dail a 10-digit international number

    IP Office 500V2 8.1 (95)
    Customer has international dialing which is working fine when dialing a 9 digit number.

    But they are trying to call a 10 digit international number but it drops the last digit and the call will not go through
    SHORT CODE
    0xxxxxxxxxxxxx
    Dial
    SHORT CODE
    9xxxxxxxxx
    I MUST BE MISSING SOMETHING ON THE SC'S?

    hmm..

    Why do you use 0xxxxxx ? For me it doesnt make sense since Numbers have various length and X is always one number... to be more flexible I would rather use N instead of X

    Couldn you just simply use

    0N
    dial
    9N

    And why do you switch 0 to 9? Is it located behind a different system?

    You should also check Manager -> System -> Telephony -> Dial Delay Count
