Upgrade Contact Store 9.1 to 10.0

Hi there,

we have a customer with contact store and he would like to upgrade to R10.

Contact store is on a Win 7 computer but need to be installed as an application server on R10.... so any details where and how the upgrade could be done?

There is no migration path from Contact Store to Contact Recorder. https://support.avaya.com/kb/ext/SOLN281391
