    Avaya Comm résilience

    Hi all,

One-x portal resiliency, does not work
I connect an Avaya Communicator, and in the monitor traces I get the same FQDN in the "onex_server" field and in the "backup_ipoffice_server"

Who would have an idea about my problem

What type of system is it?

If one of the portals is an IP Office Application Server, then in its admin menus you will find a table where you have to set the FQDN and IP addresses of the primary/secondary IP Office servers and the primary/secondary portal servers.

      Version : IPO 10.0.3

      I have no server application
Two one-x portals are in the IPO server edition ( IPO,VMPRO and One-x Portal)
In the One-x primary portal in "Configuration \ Host domain name"
Primary server = FQDN of my primary IPO server
Secondary server = IP of Secondary Server
